The Essentials of Social Media Management: Amplify your Brand and Engage your Customers

The objective of the program is to allow companies to translate the Brand’s Vision and Mission, and Core Creative Idea on different social media platforms, by creating effective digital campaigns through a monthly/quarterly content plan. The efficacy will be measured depending on the objective of each campaign, whether it be Reach, Engagement, Leads or E-commerce Sales.

    • Audience persona – a deep dive analysis of your target market

    • Creating a brand bible to guide future campaigns

  • Creating effective digital marketing strategies and social media management

  • Statistics of Philippines’ Digital Landscape

  • Online target market – reviewing the profile of PH’s target market, their behavior, how and when is the best time to launch a campaign

  • Objectives of different online platforms: a side by side comparison, strengths and weaknesses of Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google Search, and Twitter

  • Best practices for social media ads – tips on how to capture your audience’ limited attention

  • Crafting an efficient content plan that complements online and offline initiatives

  • Driving quality leads to your online platforms through boosting of social media ads

  • Analyzing your social media data for campaign optimization

  • Final tips on how to manage and maintain different social media platforms

Methodology:

  • The program will be live/synchronous. The resource person will be speaking real-time (not recorded) to the participants discussing topics, facilitating activities for engagement and answering questions for clarity. Each session will have breaks every 45 minutes to 1 hour. 
  • The program will also have an output as proof of learning. 
  • Class size will be limited to a maximum of 20 participants so concerns of each participant can easily be addressed.

The workshop is ideal for marketing professionals specifically who handle brand management, advertisements, social media initiatives, etc. SME owners and managers are also encouraged to attend the program.
