At the end of this highly-interactive workshop, participants will be able to:
How to market effectively to prospective customers at every stage and understanding those stages.
Developing content that engages with customers.
Understand how customers search online and how to stay in front of them.
Creating a positive user experience for every customer who interacts with your brand.
More specifically, this hands-on workshop will cover the following topics:
Discover: How can customers find you (social media platforms, website, etc)
Connect: Once customers find you online, what is their first impression? How are you connecting?
Engage: Bringing a personal voice to your business and establishing relationships that turn into revenue opportunities and repeat customers.
- The program will be live/synchronous. The resource person will be speaking real-time (not recorded) to the participants discussing topics, facilitating activities for engagement and answering questions for clarity. Each session will have breaks every 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- The program will also have an output as proof of learning.
- Class size will be limited to a maximum of 20 participants so concerns of each participant can easily be addressed.
